How Realtors Can Create Unlimited Videos With an AI Clone

How Realtors Can Create Unlimited Videos With an AI Clone

Producing a traditional real estate video takes time. You need to travel to the property, set up the camera, record multiple takes, and edit everything afterward.

If you hire a production team, the cost adds up quickly. And because every video requires another shoot, it becomes difficult to publish consistently or scale your content.

That’s why an AI clone of yourself may help.

Create the AI Clone / Character Sheet

    Create the Voice Clone

Write Your Script and Prepare the Property Photos

Use ChatGPT or Claude to write a short social media script: Hook → Pain Point → Solution → CTA. Highlight the property’s key selling points and verify every detail.

Gather sharp, high-resolution property photos without watermarks. If needed, use ChatGPT to improve lighting or framing while preserving the property’s actual appearance.

    Prompt 1

    [ROLE]

AI clone real estate presenter — use Image 1 (character reference sheet) as strict identity lock. Use Image 2 (house exterior) as the fixed environment/setting.

    [IDENTITY LOCK]

MUST match: face, hair, build, and outfit exactly as shown in Image 1 reference sheet (front/profile/3-4 views + detail crops).

MUST NOT alter facial structure, hair style/color, skin tone, or clothing between frames.

    [SCENE / CONTEXT]

Exterior of the modern two-story house from Image 2 — daytime, clear sky, driveway/front walkway in frame. Character stands mid-distance from camera near the landscaped path, then walks forward.

    [ACTION]

Character walks confidently toward the camera along the front pathway, starting from near the entryway and ending in a medium close-up by end of shot. Natural arm swing, relaxed shoulders, slight head tilt on key phrases. Subtle hand gesture (open palm) on “never had to record this video.”

    [DIALOGUE — LIP-SYNCED]

“Hi, I’m an AI clone of a real estate agent — and he never had to record this video.”

    [DELIVERY / EXPRESSION]

Fast-paced, energetic, confident tone — like a punchy social ad hook. Warm smile building into a knowing smirk on the final clause. Direct eye contact with camera throughout. Slight eyebrow raise on “AI clone.”

    [CAMERA]

Static or slow forward dolly-in, eye-level, framing starts wide (full house + character) and ends medium close-up as he approaches. Shallow depth of field on final frame to separate subject from house background.

    [PACING]

MUST fit a natural, brisk delivery within ~6 seconds — no pauses, walk and speech synced to end together as he reaches near-final position.

    [LIGHTING / STYLE]

Match Image 2’s golden-hour/early-evening exterior lighting — warm practical lights on house facade, natural daylight ambiance. Photorealistic, commercial real-estate ad quality.

    [MUST NOT]

    – No scene cuts or angle changes mid-shot

    – No background elements (people, cars) entering frame

    – No identity drift on face/hair/outfit

    – No robotic or flat vocal delivery — must feel human, energetic, ad-style

    [DURATION]

    6 seconds

    Prompt 2

    [ROLE]
Photorealistic real estate video. Total duration: 8 seconds. Create one complete 8-second video containing two sequential shots:
    – Shot 2: Living Room — 3 seconds
    – Shot 3: Kitchen — 5 seconds

Use a clean, natural hard cut at the 3-second mark from the living room to the kitchen. No stylized transition effects. The video should feel like a polished luxury real estate social media ad.

Identity locked to the character reference sheet (Image 1). Preserve exactly throughout the entire 8-second video:

    – Brown eyes, defined jawline, approachable and naturally handsome appearance
    – Black crew-neck t-shirt
    – Dark charcoal/black slim jeans

    – Warm wood flooring throughout
    – Recessed ceiling lights and warm pendant illumination remain constant

    — SHOT 2 — LIVING ROOM —
    Duration: 3 seconds

    [SHOT SETUP]
Shot Size: Medium — Jason framed approximately from waist to slightly above the head.
    Camera Angle: Eye level.
Composition: Jason is the primary subject. The beige seating and stone fireplace remain clearly recognizable behind him.
Depth of Field: Jason sharp and in focus. The background is slightly softer, but the fireplace, beige seating, shelving, and large windows remain clearly readable.

    [ACTION & PERFORMANCE]
Jason begins the shot already walking slowly and naturally through the living room.
He takes approximately 1–2 relaxed steps during the shot.
While continuing forward, he turns slightly through his upper body but keeps his eyes locked on the camera the entire time.
During the line, he performs ONE small natural open-hand gesture toward himself, subtly indicating “I look and sound like him.”
The gesture is brief, controlled, and conversational — not exaggerated.

    [DIALOGUE & LIP SYNC]
    Jason speaks this exact line:
“I look and sound like him,”

Lip sync is fully accurate to every word.

    Delivery:
    – Friendly and conversational
    – Calm confidence
    – Slightly self-aware tone
    – Natural speech rhythm
    – Light emphasis on “look” and “sound”
    – Small relaxed smile

    [CAMERA MOVEMENT]
Smooth lateral tracking shot moving alongside Jason at the same pace as his walk.
Maintain consistent medium framing throughout the full 3 seconds.
Movement is gimbal-smooth with zero shake, zero wobble, and no sudden speed changes.

    [LOCATION 1 LOCK]
The living room must remain visually consistent throughout this segment:
    – Same fireplace geometry and stone texture
    – Same flame appearance with only subtle natural flame movement
    – Same beige furniture
    – Same coffee table
    – Same built-in shelving
    – Same decorative objects and plants
    – Same windows and outdoor view
    – Same lighting and exposure

Do NOT move furniture, change decor, alter architecture, add people, or modify the room layout.
Background perspective may shift only through natural parallax caused by the camera’s lateral movement.

    — SHOT 3 — KITCHEN —
    Duration: 5 seconds

    [SHOT SETUP]
Shot Size: Medium Wide — Jason framed approximately from mid-thigh to slightly above the head.
    Camera Angle: Eye level.
Composition: Jason walks beside the kitchen island while the stone countertop, stools, wood cabinetry, and pendant lights remain clearly visible.
Depth of Field: Jason remains sharp and primary. The kitchen remains slightly softer but still very clear and recognizable.

    [ACTION & PERFORMANCE]
At the cut, Jason is already walking naturally beside the kitchen island.
He takes approximately 2–3 relaxed steps during the shot.
His body stays mostly aligned with his direction of travel, while his chest remains slightly turned toward the camera so he can continue addressing the viewer directly.
He maintains warm, direct eye contact with the camera throughout.
During the dialogue, he gestures lightly toward the property around him with ONE natural open-hand presenting gesture.
The presenting gesture is subtle and relaxed, with no large sweeping motion.

    [DIALOGUE & LIP SYNC]
    Jason speaks this exact line:
“and when combined with property photos, I can present complete listing videos”

Lip sync is fully accurate to every word.

    Delivery:
    – Natural and conversational
    – Confident but not overly salesy
    – Smooth, continuous rhythm
    – Light emphasis on “property photos”
    – Slightly stronger emphasis on “complete listing videos”
    – Warm, approachable expression
    – Small natural smile

    [CAMERA MOVEMENT]
Smooth side tracking shot following Jason beside the island.
The camera moves laterally at approximately the same pace as Jason, maintaining a consistent medium-wide framing.
During the latter part of the shot, introduce a very slight arc around the island, approximately 10–15 degrees, to create gentle dimensional parallax and reveal a bit more of the countertop and cabinetry.
The movement remains subtle, stable, and continuous — not a dramatic orbit.
No abrupt acceleration, no shake, no wobble, and no unnecessary zoom.

    [LOCATION 2 LOCK]
The kitchen must remain completely consistent throughout this segment:
    – Same island dimensions and exact position
    – Same stone countertop and veining
    – Same stools in the same positions
    – Same wood cabinetry
    – Same appliances
    – Same sink and faucet
    – Same pendant lights
    – Same vase and green arrangement
    – Same fruit bowl
    – Same black-framed doors
    – Same floor
    – Same lighting

Do NOT change cabinet layout, move stools, alter island dimensions, change countertop material, add/remove appliances, move decorative objects, duplicate pendant lights, add people, or morph architectural geometry.
The environment may shift only through natural parallax caused by the camera’s lateral movement and slight arc.

    [HUMAN NATURALNESS — ENTIRE VIDEO]
    – Natural micro-expressions throughout both shots
    – Subtle brow and eye movement
    – Natural blinking 1–2 times across the full video
    – Realistic torso movement caused by walking
    – Natural shoulder and arm motion
    – Correct weight transfer from step to step
    – T-shirt and jeans move subtly and realistically with the body
    – Hair has very slight natural movement
    – No stiff posture
    – No robotic movement
    – No exaggerated gestures
    – No foot sliding or floating

    [CONTINUITY LOCK — ENTIRE VIDEO]
Jason must remain identical across both shots:
    – same face
    – same hairstyle
    – same body proportions
    – same clothing
    – same shoes
    – same expression quality and energy

The property should feel like the same luxury home across both shots:
    – warm, elegant, upscale real estate presentation
    – consistent color temperature
    – consistent luxury styling
    – no visual mismatch between rooms

    [TECHNICAL]
    Photorealistic.
    Total duration: 8 seconds.
    Temporally stable.
    Accurate human anatomy and hands.
    No identity drift.
    No facial morphing.
    No wardrobe changes.
    No furniture deformation.
    No object flicker.
    No geometry warping.
    No frame jitter.
    No exposure flicker.
    No visual artifacts.
Maintain polished luxury real estate commercial quality throughout.
